Processing & Lead Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 24–48 hours for standard order verification and processing before shipment.
  • Lead Times: Due to the specialized nature of our inventory and our commitment to quality assurance, lead times may vary based on product availability and current volume. Your account representative will provide an estimated delivery timeline upon confirmation of your order.

Shipping Methods

  • We utilize established, professional courier services to ensure the safe and timely arrival of all products.
  • All shipments are packaged to maintain product stability and protect against damage during transit.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at the time of order placement. Changes to shipping addresses after an order has been processed may result in delays or additional fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

Given the specialized nature of our research-grade products, we maintain strict standards regarding the acceptance of returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect SKU, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Please provide photographic evidence of the damage and/or the incorrect product, along with your order number.
  • Upon verification, we will provide instructions for the return of the item and facilitate a replacement or a credit to your account.

Product Integrity

  • Due to the sensitive nature of our nano-encapsulated and pharmaceutical-grade products, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or utilized.
  • Once our products have left our climate-controlled environment, we cannot guarantee the stability or purity of the contents, and therefore, they are ineligible for return or resale.

Restocking Fees & Returns

  • In the event of an authorized return (e.g., due to an error on our part), the item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and no credit will be issued.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to the shipment phase. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled. Please contact your account representative immediately if you need to discuss an order modification.
